What data we collect

The form on the Contact page does not send anything to a server: on confirmation it opens the email programme installed on your device, with the details you have written already filled in. The message is sent from your own email address and arrives in our inbox. This website, in itself, neither stores nor transmits the data entered in the form.

The data you send us by email or give us by phone (name, contact details, dates of stay, any preferences) is used solely to reply to you, handle your booking enquiry and comply with the legal obligations relating to hospitality. It is never passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies, installs no analytics systems and does not track users' browsing.

Some external resources may be requested by your browser while you visit the pages, and their providers may record the IP address of the request in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts — for the typefaces used on the pages.
• OpenStreetMap — for the map tiles on the Contact and What to see pages.

Retention

Correspondence relating to booking enquiries is kept for as long as is needed to manage the stay and for the periods required by tax and administrative obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing and its portability, and you may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise these rights, simply write to info@gameli.it.
